For many years, information about the Foundation lived within the Pride and Remembrance Run website. While the Run remains a core part of our identity and our history, we have grown into something that extends far beyond a single annual event. Our granting program works year-round to support organizations that uplift, empower, and enrich 2SLGBTQ+ communities across Canada. It was time for a space that reflects that ongoing impact — and we are thrilled to share it with you.
Why the Change?
The Foundation has played a vital role in ensuring that the spirit of the Pride and Remembrance Run lives on throughout the year. Since 2010, we have helped enable over $3.7 million in charitable gifts to organizations working in health, well-being, social support, education, and culture. Although the Foundation now has its own digital home, our connection to the Pride and Remembrance Run remains strong. The Run continues to be our largest annual fundraising initiative, fueling the grants and support we provide throughout the year.
